What happens when you hit send?
Your email lands in a shared inbox. One of us (Mark, Sarah, or Leo) will see it. We aim to read everything within 48 hours. A proper reply might take a bit longer—we’re often elbow-deep in testing or writing. But we will get back to you. Probably with too much detail. It’s a habit.

A quick, necessary disclaimer:
We’re an independent informational site. We are not customer service for any cookware brand. If you have a problem with a product you purchased (a warranty issue, a defective item), you need to contact the retailer or manufacturer directly. They’ll be able to help you in ways we legally and practically cannot. We can, however, sympathize. It’s frustrating.

The best emails we get are from people who’ve used our info to make a choice. Telling us how that new carbon steel skillet is seasoning up, or that the classic tri-ply we recommended is a workhorse. That stuff makes our day. It’s why we do this.
